You can manually add hunts or update existing ones.

Add a New Hunt

  1. Mobile Users - Click on the orange (+) sign at the bottom right of your Calendar Desktop Users - Click on (+) Add Trip at the top right of your Calendar

  2. Select Package, Start & End Date and # of Hunters

    Note: Packages can be added under the Packages section of your dashboard. To learn more, click here.

  3. Add Hunter contact info under “Trip Leader Details”

    1. If hunter is already added to your Client List, start typing their name and select contact to add them to the booking

    2. If hunter isn’t already in your Client List, type name and click (+) New Hunter to enter their info

  4. Additional Details

    1. Optional: Calendar Title - Enter another name for this booking to change how it appears on your calendar

    2. Optional: Notes - Make a note of payments due, dietary restrictions, special exceptions or group details

    3. Visibility:

      1. Share with Staff (default) ensures the booking is visible for everyone on the account
      2. Private only shows up in your account, or in the account of a guide / staff member assigned to the booking
    4. Optional: Lodging - If you have more than one lodge option for hunters, assigning the booking to the preferred lodge can help you keep track of capacity and resources needed to house hunters

      Note: Add Lodges under Lodging section of Dashboard

  5. Arrival / Departure Toggles

    1. Toggle these boxes to display an early arrival or departure to help you and your staff plan properly for hunters
  6. Save to confirm.
